All payments
for bookings must be paid in full

before the date of hiring.

and you wont need to register with them)
Terms and Conditions
All bookings must be
reserved in advance and a 25% deposit paid within 7 days of the booking.
No reservation can be
confirmed until such deposit has been paid.
In the event of cancellation by the Hirer, any deposit paid will be forfeited.
No responsibility can be
accepted for adverse weather conditions, (i.e. flooding, snow etc.) or traffic
congestion, road works, vehicle not able to go to a certain area, that may cause
delay or cancellation of the booking.

will not accept any responsibility for missed connections and/or functions of
the hirer, howsoever caused.
Guernsey
Chauffeur Drive Ltd
undertakes to ensure that the vehicles are properly serviced and
maintained, however we will not accept responsibility for mechanical, electrical
or material breakdown howsoever caused.
In the unlikely event of a
vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made for an immediate repair to the
vehicle so that the journey can continue or to transfer the Hirer and his or her
party to another vehicle/s.
Guernsey
Chauffeur Drive Ltd
will not accept any responsibility for missed connections and/or functions of
the hirer, howsoever caused.
In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle booked prior to the date
of booking every effort will be made to supply a similar or alternative
vehicle/s at our discretion.
If this is not acceptable to the Hirer a
credit note will be supplied and can be used within a one year period, subject
to availability.
Guernsey Chauffeur Drive Ltd reserves the right at any time to change, replace or
renew the vehicle/s booked or advertised in order to maintain high standard
given.
A fee of £50.00 will be charged for valeting through misuse from drink, food or
illness, or whatever the retail cost may be, if in excess of this amount, to
rectify said damage caused.
The Hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused to the
vehicle/s or its contents both to the interior or exterior by the Hirer or any
member of his/her party, how so ever caused.
This includes incitement to any third
party, which results in damage to the vehicle or its contents.
The Hirer agrees to be liable for the total
retail cost of any repair and Guernsey Chauffeur Drive Ltd will determine the
location of the repairer.
In addition, the Hirer will be liable to
pay to Guernsey Chauffeur Drive Ltd a fixed daily rate (determined by Guernsey
Chauffeur Drive Ltd) while the vehicle is out of commission for such repairs, plus
any further losses incurred.
Guernsey Chauffeur Drive Ltd at no time takes responsibility for the Hirer’s or any
member of his/her parties items/goods used or left in the vehicles.
The Hirer must make sure all items/goods
belonging to the Hirer or any of his/her party are removed at the end of each
rental term.
Employees of Guernsey
Chauffeur Drive Ltd
cannot hold/store/safeguard or be responsible for any items belonging to the
Hirer or his/her party.
Guernsey Chauffeur Drive
Ltd reserve the right
to refuse entry to the vehicle to any person/persons they deem unfit for
whatsoever reason and can refuse to continue the journey if any person/persons
behave in a manner which may be detrimental to other persons, or to the vehicle
and its contents.
In this event no refund by
Guernsey Chauffeur Drive Ltd will be given.
Guernsey Chauffeur Drive Ltd will make every effort to facilitate any extra requests
or alteration to the booking i.e. additional pickup or drop off points, change
of venue, and additional hire time, but it cannot guarantee to meet such
requests.
In the event that Guernsey
Chauffeur Drive Ltd
are able to meet these requests, any extra charges resulting must be paid in
cash to the Chauffeur at the commencement of the hire (or when the request is
made if this is during the course of the hire).
Once a booking is made and confirmed, the price quoted to the Hirer will not be
subject to alteration unless there is a deviation from the details of the
booking.
The price agreed is based on a total of
eight fee paying passengers and any remaining balance due on the hire date must
be paid in cash at the commencement of hire; cheques will not be accepted on the
day of hire.
By making a booking the Hirer has entered into a binding contract with Guernsey
Chauffeur Drive Ltd.
All offers and prices are subject
to availability.
Guernsey Chauffeur
Drive, Universal Limo's & Party Bus are all trading names of Guernsey Chauffeur Drive Ltd.
We reserve the rights to
change/modify any part or all of the above terms and conditions at anytime
without notification.
